Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr
The Human Resources Manager oversees core HR functions including staffing, training, employee relations, compliance, and culture development. This role partners with leadership to support organizational goals, strengthen workforce performance, and maintain a positive, productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and staffing strategies.
Manage training programs, professional development, and leadership support.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.
Oversee performance management, evaluations, and corrective action processes.
Support payroll changes, benefits administration, and vendor coordination.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain accurate HR documentation.
Develop HR policies, support workforce planning, and produce HR reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
2–5 years of HR experience.
Strong communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR laws and best practices; ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
