Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate, audit‑ready employee documentation
Lead full‑cycle recruiting and standardized interview processes
Serve as the primary resource for employee relations, investigations, and performance management support
Prepare HR documentation and reporting for audits and regulatory reviews
Partner with leadership on staffing needs, personnel matters, and policy application
Execute leadership directives with professionalism, confidentiality, and consistency
Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr
