Sr. Talent Acquisition Professional - Data Centers Base Pay Range $95,000 - $130,000 per year

Responsibilities

Partner with Data Center Engineering, Architecture, and Project Management leaders to source and hire highly specialized design professionals.

Manage full‑cycle recruiting for roles such as Electrical, Mechanical, Civil & Structural, Fire Protection, Architects, BIM Specialists, Controls, and Project Management.

Source, cold‑call, and interview passive engineering talent to accelerate hiring for hard‑to‑fill positions.

Oversee requisition tracking, candidate communication, and offer negotiation to close hires efficiently.

Build and maintain talent pipelines and project‑specific engineering rosters to support future hiring initiatives.

Prepare and deliver recruiting reports to leadership and hiring managers.

Qualifications

8+ years of recruiting experience with a minimum of 2 years in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or technical environments.

Experience using an applicant tracking system, preferably Avature.

Demonstrated success building talent pipelines that accelerate hiring for hard‑to‑fill engineering roles.

Knowledge of OFCCP procedures and regulations in the U.S.

High level of personal accountability, integrity, authenticity, and attention to detail.

Desired Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related business field.

Senior-level, in‑house recruiting experience supporting data‑center design, mission‑critical engineering, or EPCM organizations in Fortune 500 environments.

Experience with advanced reporting tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong planning and organizational skills managing a high requisition workload (~30 requisitions and 5–10 exempt/senior engineering hires per month).
