We are seeking a highly motivated

Sr. Talent Acquisition Professional

to join our Advanced Facilities recruiting team, with a dedicated focus on scaling our

Data Center Design Engineering

talent pipeline. In this role, you’ll deliver full‑cycle recruiting solutions for technically complex engineering positions across our global data center portfolio.

Responsibilities

Research niche engineering roles, open and manage requisitions, source and cold‑call passive candidates, conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews.

Negotiate and close offers, maintain meticulous tracking of candidate activity, and ensure timely communication.

Build robust talent pipelines and project‑specific engineering rosters that accelerate future hiring.

Prepare and deliver recruiting reports to Talent Acquisition leadership and hiring manager teams.

Qualifications

8+ years of recruiting experience.

Minimum 2 years in Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC), or technical environments supporting professional level roles.

Experience utilizing an applicant tracking system (ATS) – Avature preferred.

Demonstrated success building talent pipelines that accelerate hiring for hard‑to‑fill engineering roles.

Knowledge of OFCCP procedures and regulations in the US.

High level of personal accountability, integrity, and authenticity; detail oriented, passionate, and intellectually curious.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field of business administration.

Previous senior‑level in‑house recruiting experience supporting data center design, mission‑critical engineering, or EPCM organizations within large cap, Fortune 500 environments.

Experience with advanced reporting tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong planning and organizational skills to manage a high requisition workload (~30 reqs & 5–10 exempt‑level/senior engineering hires per month).

The base salary range for this position is $95,000.00 to $130,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
