We Are Legal Revolution provided pay range: $150,000 - $250,000 per year.
Base salary: up to $250,000 + Bonus. Comprehensive benefits. Fully remote-friendly infrastructure.

Step into a live caseload: Take over and lead a robust plaintiff wage-and-hour docket (class & collective actions, PAGA, FLSA, misclassification).
Leadership + mentorship: Be the day‑day driver on matters, mentor juniors, and help shape team process—without needing to be a Partner to lead.
Real litigation reps: Arbitration experience preferred (1st chair not required). Expect hearings, depositions, mediations, and occasional travel for court.

The Role
Lead class/collective wage‑and‑hour cases (PAGA/FLSA/misclassification) from investigation through resolution.
Draft and argue complex motions (class cert, approvals, etc.); manage discovery and experts.
Appear at hearings/mediations; handle (or support) arbitrations.
Mentor junior attorneys/paralegals; model strong communication and team leadership.
Collaborate with partners on strategy; occasionally travel for key appearances.
Requirements
10+ years employment litigation experience with plaintiff‑side wage‑and‑hour focus (class/collective).
Arbitration exposure preferred (not required to have 1st-chaired).
Strong brief‑writing (please provide a writing sample).
Proven team leadership/mentorship and communication skills.
Not a solo‑practitioner profile; defense‑only backgrounds are not a fit (mixed plaintiff/defense considered).
