Position:
Employment Litigation Attorney (Plaintiff Side)
Experience Level:
2–7 years
Salary:
Up to ~$200,000 base (plus discretionary bonus)
Base Pay Range:
$100,000.00/yr – $200,000.00/yr

The Role
Manage wage & hour class and representative actions from intake to resolution
Handle discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation
Take ownership of individual employment cases (FEHA, wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation)
Work closely with partners while maintaining independence and control over your caseload
Mentor or collaborate with junior team members where appropriate
What You’ll Need
2–7 years of employment litigation experience (plaintiff or defense background accepted)
Strong familiarity with California wage & hour laws, PAGA, and FEHA
Excellent writing, advocacy, and case-management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without micromanagement
$200K base salary (commensurate with experience)
Discretionary bonus based on individual and firm performance
Hybrid model after 6 months
