Our Newest Opportunity The Onsite Human Resources Business Partner is a fully dedicated resource embedded within the client’s organization, serving as the primary HR liaison and escalation point. This role provides direct, hands‑on support for payroll processing, benefits administration, employee relations, and general ledger (GL) tasks, while ensuring seamless communication between the client and Resourcing Edge. The HRBP drives process improvements, maintains compliance, and delivers exceptional service to strengthen the client relationship.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Serve as the primary onsite HR resource for the client, fully integrating into their team and building strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers.

Provide direct support for payroll processing, including data entry, validation, and issue resolution.

Administer benefits and assist with general ledger (GL) reconciliations and reporting related to payroll and benefits transactions.

Act as the main escalation point for all HR, payroll, and benefits inquiries, coordinating with internal departments as needed.

Manage the ongoing client relationship by resolving issues, communicating program changes, and providing procedural updates.

Ensure efficient information flow between the client and Resourcing Edge, escalating technology‑related issues or concerns as appropriate.

Conduct new client orientations, benefits enrollment, and new hire onboarding.

Provide proactive feedback and suggestions on RE products, processes, and procedures to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

Evaluate and act to improve client satisfaction by working with leadership and operations to anticipate and meet client needs.

Education, Training and Experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred; or 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree.

3+ years of professional experience in Operations, Client Services, Account Management, and/or Payroll.

Hands‑on experience with payroll processing and benefits administration required; familiarity with GL reconciliation preferred.

Strong customer service and problem‑resolution skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS systems, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, multitask effectively, and communicate clearly (oral and written).

PHR or SHRM‑CP preferred.

Benefits Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
