IOP Facilitator
to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary team in New Bern.

Your Role in Our Mission As an
IOP Facilitator , you will function primarily to provide direct services to clients within our Substance Use Intensive Outpatient Program (SAIOP). This includes co-facilitating and facilitating psycho-education and psychotherapy groups, establishing client aftercare plans, and initiating and maintaining contact with family members and support systems.
You will work closely with clinical supervisors, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure appropriate placement within the continuum of care, promote a therapeutic environment, and support healthy interpersonal behaviors. This role plays a vital part in helping individuals progress toward recovery and long-term stability.

What We’re Looking For
Full or provisional licensure: LCAS or CADC or CADC-I certification and experience in substance use services.
Experience in Substance Use services preferred
Maintain a valid state driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
