Responsibilities and Qualifications

Due to federal contract requirements, United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance and polygraph are required for the position. Must be a US Citizen Must have TS/SCI clearance with active polygraph Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline or four (04) years of additional DB experience in lieu of degree At least ten (10) years of experience as an Oracle Database Administrator Experience administering Postgres, MySQL, and Oracle databases (10 years current) Extensive experience with database design, migration, troubleshooting, performance observation and tuning Experience with RAC, RMAN backup & recovery (desired) Experience with Oracle Exadata, DB security, Data Guard, DB Vault, Enterprise Manager Cloud Control, and data migration (desired) Designs and implements individual components of Oracle products based on area of expertise Analyzes detailed requirements and develops design for a specific Oracle product or technology Provides implementation services for a specific product, including extensions and additional configurations Performs routine health checks and optimizations of system performance, availability, access controls and security> Performs system optimization, performance tuning and aids capacity planning Performs proactive analysis of potential issues, risks and roadblocks during system implementation and operations Compensation

$125,000 - $225,000 a year Benefits Package
