Job Description We are currently seeking an Oracle HCM Techno/Functional Specialist for Oracle eBusiness Systems, release R12.2.10. This person will work effectively under minimal supervision and provide technical/functional support for developing and supporting Oracle related customizations and extensions covering modules in E-Business Suite HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Oracle Time & Labor (OTL), Oracle Advanced Benefits (OAB), Oracle Learning Management (OLM), Compensation Workbench (CWB), Self-Service HR, Workflow and AME). This position will support our business users, participate in all relevant change management activities, and overall service delivery and customer satisfaction. This will require interaction with core business users and the need to work as a team member of a large Oracle support team.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree from a 4-year accredited university, or 15 years of related industry or technical experience
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS or CIS
Minimum of 5 years of experience with HR, Payroll, OTL, OAB, Absence Management and Workflow
Minimum of 3 years of experience with Oracle Learning Management (OLM) and Compensation Workbench (CWB)
Minimum of 5 years of experience with Payroll, OAB, OTL Fast Formula and OTL time entry rules
Minimum of 2 years of experience with Oracle Payroll process, pay element and fast formula; HRMS US Year-end W2 process
Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle Development Tools: Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, XML Publisher, Web-ADI, Workflow and SQL Loader
Experience in development, implementations, production support and upgrades
Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite: R12.2; Oracle RDBMS 19c on Linux x86 64 bit; Oracle Developer 10g; Toad, SQL*Plus, UNIX
Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously in a high paced environment
Visual Studio GIT/ADO and Flex Deploy tools (preferred but not required)
Customer-focused, team-oriented, excellent verbal and written communication; ability to troubleshoot and recommend solutions; manage multiple projects
Willingness to work toward and achieve management directed goals and objectives
Must-haves

Notes Two positions, backfill for R12.2.15 Upgrade, project is expected to last a minimum of six months, no potential to convert to FTE at this time. Onsite support required.
