Oracle HCM Consultant – Oracle HCM Techno/Functional Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Techno/Functional Specialist to provide technical and functional support for Oracle E-Business Suite HCM modules (release R12.2.10). The ideal candidate will develop and support customizations and extensions in HR, Payroll, OTL, OAB, Absence Management, Workflow, Learning Management (OLM), and Compensation Workbench (CWB).
Responsibilities
- Provide technical development and support for Oracle eBusiness Systems modules.
- Collaborate with customers to ascertain system specifications and business/technical requirements and create specification documentation.
- Complete all required Change Management tasks and relevant SOX control requirements.
- Utilize industry-accepted project management principles, methodologies, tools, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Acquire and utilize business knowledge to develop and foster business expertise solutions.
- Track deliverables and provide reporting to management as needed.
- Willingly travel up to 10%.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree from a 4‑year accredited university, or 15 years of related industry or technical experience.
- Minimum 5 years experience with Oracle E-Business Suite HCM modules: HR, Payroll, OTL, OAB, Absence Management, Workflow.
- Minimum 3 years experience with Oracle Learning Management (OLM) and Compensation Workbench (CWB).
- Minimum 5 years experience with Payroll, OAB, and OTL Fast Formula.
- Minimum 3 years experience with OTL time entry rules and Absence Management.
- Minimum 2 years experience with Oracle Payroll process, pay element, and fast formula.
- Minimum 5 years experience with Oracle Development Tools: Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, XML Publisher, Web‑ADI, Workflow, SQL Loader.
- Experience in development, implementations, production support, and upgrades.
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2 and Oracle RDBMS 19c on Linux x86.64.
- Experience with Oracle Developer 10g (Forms, Reports, XML Publisher, Workflow) and Toad, SQL*Plus, UNIX.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a high‑paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; customer‑focused and team‑oriented attitude.
- Willingness to achieve management‑directed goals and objectives.
