Holtec International seeks qualified applicants for Full Stack Software Developer position in its Software Development department located in Camden, NJ. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain innovative software and data-driven solutions that support our business operations and elevate user experience.

Specific Areas Of Responsibility

Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, then translating them into clear technical specifications.

Working closely with cross-functional teams to architect and build scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions.

Developing high-quality, maintainable code using .NET Framework, .NET Core, and C#.

Testing, debugging, and optimizing applications to ensure robust performance and reliability, primarily using Visual Studio or similar IDEs.

Refactoring and enhancing existing codebases to improve efficiency and maintainability.

Adding new features and functionality to existing applications to meet evolving business and technical needs.

Designing and implementing RESTful Web APIs for seamless system integrations.

Extracting and processing structured and unstructured data using SQL and other relevant data tools.

Developing algorithms for large-scale data analysis to uncover trends and actionable insights.

Building dashboards and visual reports using Tableau or similar data visualization platforms.

Managing development tasks and implementing CI/CD pipelines through Azure DevOps for efficient deployment.

Applying Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles to create modular and scalable software solutions.

Utilizing Git for version control and collaborating with team members to maintain a streamlined development workflow.

Conducting API testing with Postman and leveraging Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices to ensure code quality.

Documenting processes and maintaining technical documentation throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Providing technical expertise, troubleshooting, and sharing knowledge with team members for supported applications.

Communicating professionally with clients and partners to guarantee prompt issue resolution and successful project outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field, plus at least 3 years of professional experience with Microsoft .Net framework, C# and Web development.

Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience will also be considered.

Proficiency with .NET MVC framework, Entity Framework, SQL queries and stored procedures, C#, HTML5/CSS3, MySQL, Power BI, and Azure Cloud Services.

Hands‑on experience developing RESTful Web APIs.

Skilled in using Visual Studio or similar IDEs for coding, merging, and debugging.

Solid understanding of the MVC design pattern.

Experience using Git or other version control systems.

Ability to develop and enhance features in existing data analytics applications.

Experience working with large datasets in complex relational database environments.

Strong analytical skills for identifying data trends, relationships, and patterns using advanced analytics and reporting tools.

Salary:

$85,000.00 - $105,000.00
