Manager, Debt Capital Markets (Looking for an Associate from a major bank!)
Base Salary: $175,000 – $225,000/year (depending on experience) + Annual Bonus: 30%
Start Date: ASAP
Based in : Flexible (Can be remote from NYC, Chicago, Washington DC, Boston or Dallas.)

Additional headcount to share the load for the multiple large‑scale projects ($3M - $10B) in progress and in the pipeline.
Responsibilities As a key member of the finance team, the Manager, Debt Capital Markets will work closely with the VP - Finance, Director - Debt Capital Markets, CFO, Vice President - FP&A, and Controller to support capital formation, debt management, and treasury operations. This role emphasizes execution, analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure the company’s financial infrastructure scales with its growth.
Assist the VP, Finance and CFO in evaluating corporate and property‑level financing options
Prepare analysis and materials for debt strategy discussions and capital stack optimization
Transaction
Contribute to the preparation of materials for financings, refinancings, and hedging strategies.
Assist in modeling, due diligence, and documentation for debt and equity transactions.
Work with internal and external stakeholders (lenders, counsel(s), rating agencies, etc. as appropriate) to support exceptional execution of capital formation transactions.
Loan Management & Compliance
Assist in the tracking and reporting of loan covenants and compliance requirements.
Alongside the Director – Debt Capital Markets, assist in the coordination of internal accounting and external lenders to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Treasury Operations
Assist in the maintenance of documentation and schedules related to treasury activities.
Assist in maintaining relationships with investment banks, rating agencies, and lenders.
Coordinate with external counsel and financial intermediaries during transaction processes.
Strategic Projects
Provide analytical support on strategic initiatives and ad hoc projects led by the VP, Finance, Director – Debt Capital Markets, or CFO.
Work alongside Director – Debt Capital Markets to prepare presentations and reports for senior management and the Board of Directors.
Monitor trends in real estate finance and capital markets.
Stay up to date on peer capital structure activity.
Share insights with the finance and commercial strategy teams to inform decision‑making.
