Job Description
Manage litigation cases, including
document control
and
calendaring docket deadlines
Prepare and organize legal documents such as
forms, charts, reports, and correspondence
Assist with
trial preparation , including organizing trial documents and exhibits
Prepare
pre‑trial pleadings
and support filing readiness
Prepare for
depositions
and assist attorneys with deposition materials
Prepare for
hearings
and coordinate supporting documents
Request and organize records, including maintaining clear record logs
Maintain team and court calendars and keep attorneys aware of scheduled events and approaching deadlines
Schedule meetings and conference calls and support coordination across stakeholders
Communicate professionally with
insurance carriers, insureds, clients, and vendors
via phone and email
Maintain electronic and paper files with strong organization and version control
Support other team members and timekeepers as needed
Qualifications
1+ year
of paralegal or legal secretarial experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Demonstrated initiative, self‑direction, and professionalism with clients and carriers
Proficiency in
Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Bachelors degree preferred (not required)
