Role Overview The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate and lead project teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Prepare and present project status reports to leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in project management within construction or similar industry.
Proven ability to manage large-scale projects successfully.
Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
PMP certification preferred.
