Job Details
Full‑time, exempt
Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (weekend or evening hours may be required)
Base pay: $40,000 – $49,982.40 per year
Qualifications
Minimum MSW or MA in clinical psychology, counseling or related mental health degree; or
Community Support Specialist with at least 3 years of population‑specific experience in community support services (preferred mental‑health experience)
Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) status per Division of Behavioral Health
MO Class E driver’s license (Class D for IL residents) and continuous auto insurance
Responsibilities
Respond to walk‑ins and phone emergencies and conduct assessment per agency procedures.
Make disposition decisions, including hospitalization coordination and involuntary commitment processing.
Triage new callers and provide appropriate referrals.
Maintain a positive attitude toward the agency and clientele.
Document all activities in accordance with clinical policies and program standards.
Participate in on‑call rotation for after‑hours crisis calls.
