Golden Years In-Home Senior Care
is looking for a seasoned home care/home health business development marketer with experience overseeing business expansion. The candidate should be energetic, driven, reliable, organized, and have excellent communication skills to market our home care services. The right person will be independent, a team player, willing to learn, and seeking a long-term position. A hard worker with the ability to multitask is a MUST. Great phone and interpersonal skills are required. Responsibilities
Develop/maintain referral sources in the community, build client relationships, and work with case managers, discharge planners, doctors, and other professionals who may become referral partners. Calendar management and appointment scheduling, including in-person client meetings. Assist with marketing efforts by supporting company-sponsored marketing events. Support and oversee sales and other revenue teams with administrative tasks. Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience within the last 5 years marketing home health services revenue teams with administrative tasks, or 5 years of sales and marketing experience. Existing referral business relationships with physicians, hospital discharge planners, case managers, senior living administrators, etc. is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to develop and maintain new relationships with physicians, hospital discharge planners, case managers, senior living administrators, etc.; ability to explain home care programs, requirements, and benefits to doctors, potential patients, and their families. Ability to develop and execute a customized marketing plan to increase referrals from targeted sources; ability to organize marketing events and participate in community programs to raise awareness and brand development. Must work well on deadlines and under pressure; resilient approach to overcoming obstacles. Demonstrated track record of generating healthcare/home care sales is required; may include an extensive network of caregivers. Compensation
Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr. The compensation plan is greater than the largest competitor, with base salary plus commission and bonuses (including profit sharing). There is potential to advance after 6-9 months of proven sales experience, including an opportunity to become regional director with area override bonuses. Employment Details
