Complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail Multi-task effectively and manage multiple priorities Process accounts payable/receivable Process payroll Manage clients’ budgets Credit card expense reporting Prepare bank reconciliations Prepare monthly adjusting journal entries Reconcile investment accounts Tour accounting (reconciling road reports, meeting road managers, preparing itineraries, etc.) Compile monthly financial statements Prepare quarterly tax estimates, as needed Other duties as assigned What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred; not required Strong written and verbal communication skills Confidentiality is crucial for this role Significant attention to detail and high degree of accuracy Ability to multi-task and manage multiple clients with competing priorities Flexibility and excellent client service Experience preparing quarterly tax estimates is a plus 3–5 years of bookkeeping experience Strong organizational skills Why You Should Join Us
