Production Quality Inspector – Fort Worth, TX
MacroAir is hiring two
Production Quality Inspectors
to ensure incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and outgoing components meet specifications before moving downstream. This role is embedded in production and focused on inspection, verification, and documentation—not performing the assembly itself.

What You’ll Do
Inspect incoming raw materials, components, and parts to verify conformance to specifications
Perform in‑process inspections of fan assemblies, sub‑assemblies, and control panel assemblies
Verify fit, workmanship, wiring integrity, and dimensional accuracy against drawings and work instructions
Inspect outgoing fans, parts, kits, and control panels prior to release
Measure and verify components using basic inspection tools (tape measure, gauges, calipers as applicable)
Log inspection results, defects, and approvals into the company’s quality management system
Identify nonconformances and elevate issues before defects propagate through production
Support corrective actions and continuous improvement efforts
Partner with Production, Engineering, and Technical Support to address recurring quality issues
What We’re Looking For
Experience in manufacturing inspection, quality control, or technical assembly environments
Familiarity with electromechanical products and basic electrical/control assemblies
Ability to read and interpret drawings, wiring diagrams, specifications, and work instructions
Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline
Comfortable working in ERP or quality systems for logging and tracking inspections
Clear communicator who can work constructively with production teams
Starting at $22.00
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Schedule:
40 hours/week, Monday–Thursday
with overtime potential
Production and warehouse environment with mechanical and electrical assemblies
Exposure to hand and power tools, moving equipment, and typical production noise
Ability to stand and move throughout the shift; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
