Essential Job Functions

Answer and direct phone calls to proper personnel and log them into the call log.

Organize and schedule meetings and appointments at the request of management.

Produce and distribute memos, letters, and forms as required.

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

Maintain company filing systems in accordance with compliance laws.

Provide daily updates to management on maintained call logs.

Provide limited follow-up with service customers as requested by management.

Qualifications

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience:

One year as an administrative assistant or office work is preferred.

Abilities:

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

Excellent time management skills.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and planning skills.

Ability to use a computer and other office equipment.

Proficiency with MS Office.

Knowledge or ability to learn company systems applications, including Motility Systems2K, and other applicable software.

Ability to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Ability to work in a climate-controlled environment.

Ability to continuously engage in visual activities, such as use of a computer, files, and reports.
