What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage and monitor large projects or processes within the regulatory reporting function
Provide guidance and interpretation of accounting policies and procedural changes to leaders and business lines
Direct capital reporting teams by reviewing financial information, reporting, and disclosures
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and communicate accounting developments to management
Collaborate cross‑functionally to implement and standardize new regulatory reporting requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent field
9+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a similar field within the Banking or Financial Services Industry
Advanced knowledge of accounting practices, including US GAAP/IFRS and regulatory reporting standards
Strong understanding of bank accounting and financial controls
Proven project management skills and ability to make effective decisions on complex matters
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent field
Advanced database skills (Access, SQL, Oracle, SAS)
Knowledge of European Basel III capital reporting
CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification
Experience with Microsoft Office products
