Manage and monitor large projects or accounting processes within the regulatory reporting function Provide guidance and interpretation of accounting policies and procedural changes to business lines Direct and guide capital reporting teams by reviewing financial information and disclosures Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls Collaborate cross-functionally to implement and standardize new regulatory reporting requirements Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent field 9+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a similar field within the Banking or Financial Services Industry Advanced knowledge of accounting practices and regulatory reporting standards (US GAAP/IFRS) Strong spreadsheet skills, including Excel formula development and pivot tables Ability to make effective decisions on complex matters and interact with senior management Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent field CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification Advanced database skills (Access, SQL, Oracle, SAS) Knowledge of European Basel III capital reporting Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or education Equal Opportunity Statement
