What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage and monitor large project implementations within the regulatory reporting function
Provide guidance and communicate policy changes to leaders and business lines
Direct capital reporting teams through financial information review and disclosures
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and improve existing processes
Collaborate cross-functionally to implement and standardize new regulatory reporting requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent field
9+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar field within the Banking or Financial Services Industry
Advanced knowledge of accounting practices, including US GAAP/IFRS and regulatory reporting standards
Strong understanding of bank accounting and financial controls
Excellent written and oral communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent field
CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification
Advanced database skills (Access, SQL, Oracle, SAS)
Knowledge of European Basel III capital reporting
Experience with Microsoft Office products
