What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Manage and grow business through consistent communication with assigned owners and internal teams

Coach and train top retail sellers on products, programs, and technologies at the farm-gate level

Execute strategic plans using tools like the Account Plan and Farmer by Farmer (FxF) Plan

Coordinate with local manufacturer representatives and manage discretionary trial seedRecord all relevant account details in CRM software (Salesforce)

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or a business-related field plus 2 years of industry or direct sales experience; or 7 years of successful work experience in industry or direct sales

Proactive communicator with exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skillsTechnical agriculture product/crop expertise and ability to educate others on products and services

Ability to work independently, manage productivity, and adapt quickly to change

Must have a current and valid state driver’s license

Experience in a fast-paced sales environment with a focus on agricultural products

Strong project management skills and experience using virtual collaboration tools

Proven ability to coach and mentor others effectively
