What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage and grow business through strategic communication with assigned retail sellers
Coach and train top retail sellers on products, programs, services, and technologies
Execute strategies using tools such as the Account Plan and Farmer by Farmer Plan
Support the retail seller in meetings and coordinate with local manufacturer representatives
Record all account details in CRM software (Salesforce)
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or business-related field plus 2 years of industry or direct sales experience, or 7 years of successful work experience in industry or direct sales
Strong understanding of business drivers and their relationship to profitable growth
Exceptional written, verbal, and formal presentation skills
Ability to coach and mentor others effectively
Experience with Microsoft products, virtual collaboration tools, and CRM software (Salesforce)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Technical agriculture product/crop expertise
Proven ability to manage projects effectively
Experience demonstrating agility and adapting quickly to change
Strong decision-making skills in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to work independently and manage productivity
