Overview The Invoice Processor will be responsible for processing and managing invoices for the company. This includes verifying and reconciling invoices, ensuring data accuracy, and communicating with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies.

Schedule & Pay

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay rate: $20.00 - $24.00

Essential Functions

Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies

Proactively pursue problem resolution with Office Managers and Installers

Assist with month-end closing and reporting

Evaluate the difference between actual and estimated costs to pinpoint any discrepancies

Review Sub-Contractors invoicing and ensure accurate payment is reflected

Conduct Commission Adjustments/ Contractor Back Charges when changes in a job arise

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Effectively navigate computer programs with ease. Proficient in Microsoft Office

Ability to multi-task with frequent interruptions

Experience with accounting software is a plus
