Executive Operations Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Operations Assistant to support the daily operations, communications, and content workflow for a Lifestyle & Etiquette expert and author. This is a part-time hybrid role ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, systems, communication, and helping a fast‑moving business run smoothly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Track weekly priorities and maintain simple systems for tasks and deadlines
Organize digital files, Google Photos, screenshots, and assets into weekly content folders
Draft and send follow‑up emails to event contacts, clients, and potential speaking leads
Assist with scheduling, calendar organization, and meeting preparation
Provide general administrative support, including light research, document organization, and project coordination
Attend weekly Monday meeting (remote) to set priorities for the week
Work in‑office Tuesday and Thursday on follow‑ups, organization, and project tasks
SCHEDULE
Monday: Remote
Tuesday: In office
Thursday: 12 hours per week total
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience with Google Workspace
Experience with CRM (Examples: Asana, Slack, ClickUp, Monday.com)
Experience with marketing tools (Examples: Constant Contact, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot)
Experience with team project or task tools (Examples: Asana, Slack, ClickUp, Monday.com)
Proactive, reliable, and detail‑focused
Experience supporting executives, operations, admin, or digital organization is a plus
Ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality
