Position Summary
Shift Supervisor is a key leader supporting the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through excellent customer service. They lead the store staff when there is no manager or Operations Supervisor onsite, ensuring smooth operations and completion of all opening and closing procedures. Essential Functions
Work effectively with store management and store crews. Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing, and following up on all activities. Effectively communicate information to and from store management and crews. Assist customers with their questions, problems, and complaints. Promote the CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, thank). Handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy and promote a positive shopping experience. Maintain customer/patient confidentiality. Price merchandise and stock shelves. Execute displays and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise. Execute the display and maintenance of off-shelf merchandise. Reset departments following POGs. Required Qualifications
Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills. Advanced communication skills and supervision skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnight, weekend shifts, overtime as needed, and respond to urgent issues. Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a retail supervisor. Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred but Not Required). Work Hours
24 hours per week. Part time. Pay Range
$19.26 - $19.26 per hour. Benefits
