Midwest Market Director | Legal Staffing at Adams & Martin Group Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to join an in‑house legal team. This is a direct hire opportunity with an onsite work model.

Base pay range $85,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Assisting with a variety of real estate transactions and related legal documentation.

Preparing, reviewing, and organizing contracts, agreements, and other corporate materials.

Supporting due diligence efforts, including research and review of property‑related information.

Coordinating timelines, reports, and internal communications for legal matters.

Managing legal files, records, and systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Assisting with incident reporting and helping maintain company‑wide risk management procedures.

Offering guidance on risk processes and escalating issues when necessary.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a commercial real‑estate paralegal or similar role.

Experience with contract work and exposure to risk management practices.

Strong organizational, research, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.

Proficiency with standard office software; experience with legal or real‑estate systems is a plus.

Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
