Litigation Paralegal
Minneapolis, MN – hybrid work model.
Base pay range $65,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Perform thorough factual and legal research to support complex litigation matters.
Manage federal court filings and ensure full compliance with agency, state, and federal regulations.
Draft, organize, and review a wide range of legal documents with precision.
Assist case teams with organization, deadline management, and trial preparation.
Maintain accurate and detailed client and case records.
Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
Strong knowledge of federal court procedures and proficiency in e‑filing.
Completion of a paralegal certificate program.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, CRM systems, and other technology tools.
Excellent communication skills, reliability, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
A proactive, self‑directed approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional work.
