is currently seeking an experienced

Work Order Coordinator

I located in

Atlanta, GA.

This position will manage client systems to ensure the timely and accurate creation, dissemination, and documentation of work orders against deadlines. Supports the effective response of branch operations to emergent issues and vital to the time, resource and cost accounting of work performed by field employees.

Essentials job functions:

Receives, verifies, and disseminates work requests from customers.

Manages work orders, enters labor, contract and materials charges against the work orders and closes work orders when complete.

Maintains the integrity of the work order system data.

Processes confidential information.

Maintains a complex filing system.

Prioritize work to successfully meet the needs of internal and external customers.

Develop processes relative to the work control system.

Other duties as assigned.

Lead work order-based customer meetings.

Education & Experience:

HS Diploma or GED Equivalent

Experience with customer service, sales and office administration necessary.

0-2 years’ experience with customer service, sales and office administration necessary.

Strong customer service skills, Outlook inbox management, high Excel competencies, professional/ virtual/ telephone skills and time management, preferred
