Job Preview The WIS Travel Team works predominantly with the world’s largest retailer, providing that organization exceptional Inventory Solutions support. The Travel Inventory Associate will travel with the team weekly to customer locations across their region to scan barcodes and provide inventory information that helps customers make better business decisions. Drivers are responsible for safely transporting team members to and from inventory events in a timely manner, adhering to traffic laws, conducting vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
Responsibilities
Safely transport team members to and from inventory events in a timely manner.
Adhere to traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements.
Conduct and complete vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
Scan barcodes for current inventory at customer locations.
Provide accurate inventory information to customers.
Support team goals and company objectives through reliable transportation.
Travel weekly to customer locations, including potential out‑of‑state travel.
Team Requirements
Must be 18 years of age.
Ability to stay in hotels up to 4 nights per week, at employer expense, including out-of-state travel.
No previous inventory experience necessary.
Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashiers, sales representatives, picker, packer, driver, and/or warehouse work is preferred.
Access to reliable transportation.
Driver Requirements
Must be 21 years old.
Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
Must be willing to submit to a pre‑employment investigative consumer report, pre‑employment screening, and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations.
Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, including very early mornings and/or late nights.

Working Conditions
Stand for prolonged periods; occasional walking.
Use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions.
Frequent low‑level positions such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching.
Use of ladder; lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
Frequent travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays (up to 4 days a week).
