The Creative Services Creative Operations Manager is responsible for operations and workflow within our internal creative department. This includes the design and development of marketing campaigns from concept to completion across multiple platforms and channels. As operations lead, the candidate must possess strong business acumen with excellent organizational, communication and project management skills. This role directs the project intake and management of a multidisciplinary creative team that includes designers, illustrators, 2D and 3D animators, and video editors. A successful candidate is a talented multi‑tasker who can track multiple initiatives with complex deliverables across graphic design, video/interactive, and online experiences. The Creative Operations Manager must have fluency across multiple forms of creative including digital and social media. This role collaborates closely with the Head of Creative, product and digital marketers, agencies and design teams to ensure the efficient creation and delivery of high‑quality design.
Efficiently deliver creative content at scale
Oversee a team that manages the creative project intake system that organizes incoming work requests and establishes efficiency benchmarks.
Oversee operational tools that serve as the backbone of the Creative Services team.
Develop and produce reports that show asset volume produced, and time and cost of assets produced.
Lead weekly production meetings to align brand and marketing asset needs with production schedules.
Efficiently plan, prioritize and manage traffic and workflow within the creative team.
Establish best practices for iterative creative work and review.
Clearly communicate objectives, task ownership, status, and results within the team and with stakeholders.
Uphold brand compliance and governance
Be an effective change‑agent while supporting the brand and good design principles, live the company business principles, and drive innovation and technology changes to improve our department services and skills.
Remain up to date with current and emerging design and communication trends, as well as web and social media development technologies to deliver best in class user experience.
Collaborate closely with internal experts (Online, Social Media, Public Relations, Employee Communications, and Tradeshow/Events teams) to develop new ideas and creative initiatives to meet business goals and objectives.
Enhance and maintain creative quality
Thrive in a highly ambitious work environment with an entrepreneurial spirit – taking pride in driving excellence of delivery with minimal support or oversight.
Work closely with Head of Creative Services, Creative Director, Design Lead, and Marketers during content development, pre‑production, production and post‑production stages.
Develop ideas that result in ongoing improvements to existing procedures, projects, or materials. Foresee and assess future or potential risks. Adjust schedules as necessary to maintain final due dates.
Facilitate stakeholder alignment, partnership and collaboration
Serve as liaison between Creative Services team, and internal/external clients/stakeholders to add value around marketing, advertising, and communications campaigns that have impact on business growth.
Facilitate planning discussions to create project roadmaps with clear timelines and deliverables, obtain feedback, reviews, and approvals on assets.
Ensure synergy across the organization and across all touchpoints of a campaign.
Work with client/stakeholders to define project goals, scope, approvals, deadlines, and next steps.
Exude creativity and professionalism in all aspects of team and client relationships.
Position Requirements
7-10 years’ experience as a creative operations manager or producer, ideally in an in‑house design studio or agency environment.
Proven ability to work independently and lead start‑to‑finish multi‑channel strategy and execution while providing outstanding conceptual, creative, and technical skills.
Expert knowledge of schedule management as well as the creative development process.
Creative traffic management experience.
Previous knowledge and experience working in Monday.com or equivalent project management software.
Previous knowledge and experience working in Monday.com or equivalent project management software. Working knowledge of digital media production – online, social media, motion graphics, animation, video, etc.
Experience in brand building.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with strong experience managing high‑volume workflow and overlapping deadlines.
A high level of initiative and enthusiasm coupled with an ability to provide quality assurance of all deliverables and maintain consistent brand identity across all media.
Excellent planning, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written) are required.
Self‑motivated, organized, and meticulous about details.
Ability to problem‑solve and work under pressure in an ambitious, deadline‑oriented environment.
Knowledge of the PC and Mac operating systems.
BS/BA preferred.
Prior knowledge and experience required in people management, change management, project management, budget management, marketing communications, graphic design, and multimedia.

Base Pay Range For This Position Is $123,120 – $169,290
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
