ABOUT THE JOB:
The
Business Development Manager
focuses on driving sales development through clear metrics, strong coaching, robust training, and consistent accountability to generate pipeline and revenue.
Responsibilities
Lead a BDR team to meet and exceed KPIs tied to calls, conversions, pipeline, and revenue.
Coach and develop reps through call reviews, weekly performance feedback, and targeted training.
Use data and reporting to identify gaps, optimize sales activity, and improve results.
Enforce accountability through scorecards, performance plans, and regular check‑ins.
Partner with sales and marketing to maximize lead conversion and revenue impact.
Qualifications
3+ years of sales or call center leadership experience.
Proven success managing metric-driven sales teams.
Strong coaching, performance management, and CRM experience a must.
Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving revenue.
