Law Office Coordinator
Location: Harrisburg, PA
Salary: $38,700.00 - $61,850.00

Responsibilities
Responsible for daily office administration, including equipment, facilities, recordkeeping, and out‑of‑office calendar.
Reports to shareholder and HR.
Provides overflow support to the legal team as needed.
Welcome visitors and manage the reception area, ensuring a professional first impression.
Direct incoming calls and emails to the appropriate team members promptly.
Monitor and replenish supplies in the lunchroom and conference rooms.
Coordinate building maintenance requests and assist with office relocations.
Process incoming and outgoing mail, including postage meter management.
Maintain and update conference room technology; report issues to IT as needed.
Prepare and submit monthly accounting and billing reports.
Organize staff luncheons and support planning for office events.
Assist with onboarding new hires and maintain file room organization.
Provide overflow support to legal staff when required.
Preferred Skills
Previous law firm experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Attentive to safety/compliance protocols.
Nice to have: Active Notary and prior legal support experience.
