Family Law Attorney
passionate about delivering compassionate advocacy and strategic solutions. This is your chance to join a

3+ years of family law experience.
Position Highlights
Base Salary:
$130,000 – $180,000 per year DOE
Bonus:
Uncapped annual performance‑based bonus
Billable Hours:
1,200 hours annually
Benefits:
401(k) with firm contribution, generous PTO & firm holidays, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, up to 36 hours of billable credit hours for pro‑bono activities
What You’ll Do
Represent clients in all areas of family law: divorce, custody, property division, and complex financial matters
Provide practical, creative, and compassionate advocacy
Collaborate with a team of seasoned family law practitioners who value mentorship and integrity
Qualifications
3+ years of family law litigation experience
Strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills
Demonstrated commitment to client service and teamwork
Active member of the
Washington State Bar Association
