Asset Care & Reliability Maintenance Manager Eaton's GEIS division is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee asset care and reliability maintenance programs across 11 manufacturing facilities in North America. The role is remote for United States residents.

Expected annual salary range:

$124,000 - $182,000. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Salary information is a general guideline and may vary based on candidate skills, experience, and qualifications.

What You'll Do

Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

Manage the lifecycle of manufacturing assets, including procurement, installation, maintenance, and decommissioning.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices, using data-driven approaches to enhance performance and reduce costs.

Provide functional leadership and mentorship to Plant Managers and Plant Maintenance Managers, and facilitate training to build teams’ organizational capabilities.

Build and maintain a high-performing plant maintenance organization capable of supporting both heavy industrial and technologically advanced factories.

Promote process standardization, integrating preventative maintenance solutions with the operating system model in collaboration with manufacturing engineering.

Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective resource use while upholding high standards of reliability and safety.

Ensure all maintenance activities comply with industry regulations and company safety standards, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.

Coordinate with production, engineering, and procurement to align maintenance activities with operational goals.

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for maintenance activities, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications Basic (Required) Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution OR fifteen (15) years of maintenance management experience.

Minimum ten (10) years of experience with progressive accountability in Manufacturing/Operations, Maintenance, and/or Manufacturing Engineering.

Minimum seven (7) years of plant manufacturing leadership experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience implementing maintenance strategies that improve equipment reliability.

Knowledge of maintenance management systems (CMMS).

Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Engineering).

MS or MBA degree.

Certified Black Belt from an accredited institution.
