Security Officer GSOC Operator

**As a GSOC Operator, you will serve as a key member of the Surefox Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), supporting real-time monitoring, incident response, access control oversight, staffing coordination, and internal security communications. This is a **support-based operational role** that works **under the direction of Assistant Program Managers (APMs)** and plays a critical role in maintaining safe, consistent, and compliant security operations.****Conduct **daily virtual briefings with uniformed security officers**.****Meet and pass **Surefox Physical Agility Test (SPAT)** requirements, as assigned.*** **Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.*** **Must pass a background check.*** **High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).*** **2–5 years of experience in GSOC operations, security systems, or related fields.*** **Availability to work any assigned shift, including weekends and holidays.*** **Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.*** **Familiarity with access control and CCTV systems (e.g., Genetec, Lenel).*** **Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.*** **Reliable transportation and ability to remain onsite during critical events.*** **Prior experience working in or directly supporting a GSOC or ISOC.*** **Genetec or CCTV administrator experience.*** **Experience with scheduling, timekeeping, or operational support functions.*** **Military, veteran, or first responder background.*** **Relevant security or systems certifications.****Holiday bonus pay for covered shifts worked on Surefox-recognized holidays**
