Firm Administrator The Firm Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the firm by managing administrative tasks, overseeing HR compliance, and facilitating financial processes. Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the firm
Oversee HR compliance and ensure adherence to employment laws
Assist with bookkeeping and accounting tasks
Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accuracy
Support performance management processes and employee evaluations
Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers
Plan and coordinate firm events and activities
Maintain organized office administration and systems management
Provide support to management as needed to achieve firm objectives
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Proven experience in administration, preferably in a professional services environment
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
Familiarity with HR compliance and employment laws
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience with contract negotiation and vendor management
Proficiency in office software and systems management
Ability to plan and coordinate events effectively
