We are seeking an experienced Concrete Project Manager to oversee and manage concrete construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while effectively coordinating with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute and oversee concrete projects from start to finish. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure safety compliance. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and clients. Address any issues that arise during the project lifecycle in a timely manner. Qualifications
Proven experience as a Project Manager/Project Engineer in concrete construction. Strong knowledge of concrete specifications, techniques, and best practices. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Experience with project management software and tools.
