Responsibilities

Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's office and/or private insurance carriers.

85% of calls will be assisting Spanish speaking customers.

Initiate payment plans for patients for outstanding balances.

Routinely utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone.

Maintain performance goals.

Qualifications and Skills

Professionally fluent and proficient in both English and Spanish, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service in Spanish.

Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail.

Perform successfully in a team environment.

Excellent organization skills.

Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications.

Alpha-Numeric data entry proficiency.

Excellent verbal and listening skills.

Technical Requirements

Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second.

No satellite internet.

Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord. Equipment cannot be connected through Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspot with ethernet port.

Education and Experience

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Previous medical and/or call center experience a plus.

Work Schedule The shift for this position will be Monday-Friday; 11am-8pm (EST) which is 10am-7pm CST and 9am-6pm (MST) and 8am-5pm (PST). 2nd shift differential pay for EST.

NOTE: During training, the hours will be 9am-6pm EST.

Pay Pay Range: $17.75- $21.00 an hour.
