BILINGUAL (English/Spanish) Cust Svc Support Rep – 11am‑8pm EST Remote (Patient Customer Service)
Join LabCorp’s Patient Customer Service department within the Revenue Cycle Management Division. We are seeking energetic, passionate bilingual (English/Spanish) customer service professionals who can solve challenging patient billing issues and deliver exemplary customer experiences through innovation and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctors’ offices, and private insurance carriers.
Assist Spanish‑speaking customers (85% of calls).
Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances.
Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone.
Maintain performance goals.
Become proficient with processes after completing structured training.
Qualifications
Fluent in both English and Spanish, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service in Spanish.
Ability to work and learn in a fast‑paced environment.
Attention to detail.
Strong teamwork skills.
Excellent organizational, verbal, and listening skills.
Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications.
Alpha‑numeric data entry proficiency.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous medical and/or call center experience is a plus.

Equipment must connect to router/modem via Ethernet cable; Wi‑Fi, mobile routers or hotspots with Ethernet ports not allowed.
Schedule Monday‑Friday, 11 am – 8 pm EST (10 am – 7 pm CST, 9 am – 6 pm MST, 8 am – 5 pm PST). 2nd shift differential pay for EST. During training, hours will be 9 am – 6 pm EST.

Pay Range $17.75 – $21.00 per hour.
