Including LSS Projects, Kaizens, and other structured problem solving.* Manage project timelines and proactively identify solutions in a timely manner.* Own CI Processes, Tools, and Technology, including improvements, training, and effectiveness.* Track and report CI performance metrics, including engagement, OEE, and project benefits.* Present CI progress to site leadership and corporate stakeholders.* Coach and develop direct report team to ensure site success through CI initiatives.* This position has food Safety Responsibilities.* Upholds and demonstrates leadership in all Corporate* Responsibility programming including recycling, social advocacy and MMAD volunteering opportunities.* Perform other duties as assigned.* Bachelors degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Management or related field required.* 5-10 years of operations experience in a manufacturing environment is required (Green Belt preferred)* Minimum of 3 years' experience leading CI Projects in a CPG environment* To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of internet software and MS Office Suite and full knowledge of Lean Concepts.As a **Platinum-Certified Zero Waste Manufacturer**, we lead with purpose — **protecting the planet**, uplifting people, and giving back through our **1% Profit Pledge**.
