Corpay is currently looking to hire a Supervisor, Supplier Outreach, within our Vendor Enrollment & Implementations division. This position falls under our Payables line of business and is located in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the Supplier Outreach team, ensuring effective execution of calling campaigns, driving supplier enrollment results, and supporting continuous improvement. You will report directly to Vendor Enrollment & Implementations Leadership and regularly collaborate with Vendor Enrollment, Implementations, and Operations teams. How We Work
As a Supervisor, Supplier Outreach, Corpay will set you up for success by providing: Assigned workspace in the Brentwood, TN office Formal, hands‑on training Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include: Supervising daily supplier outreach operations and ensuring performance targets are being met Providing direction and guidance to associates handling outreach activities, service issues, and process improvements Leading supplier outreach initiatives including client campaigns, re‑campaigns, and ongoing enrollment efforts Communicating updates, priorities, and process changes impacting deliverables, timelines, and quality Serving as a subject matter expert on supplier outreach procedures and best practices Monitoring performance metrics, coaching team members, and delivering ongoing feedback Developing associates through training, mentoring, and performance improvement initiatives Promoting a positive, high‑performing team culture focused on service, accuracy, and efficiency Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards Tracking and analyzing team data to identify trends, recognize success, and address performance gaps Collaborating with leadership to streamline processes and enhance the supplier experience Qualifications & Skills

At Corpay it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. The estimate of the minimum and maximum salary range is $65,000K-$72,000K with monthly commissions.
