Supervisor, Supplier Outreach

What We Need Corpay is currently hiring a Supervisor, Supplier Outreach within our Vendor Enrollment & Implementations division. This position falls under our Payables line of business and is located in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the Supplier Outreach team, ensuring effective execution of calling campaigns, driving supplier enrollment results, and supporting continuous improvement. You will report directly to Vendor Enrollment & Implementations Leadership and regularly collaborate with Vendor Enrollment, Implementations, and Operations teams.

Role Responsibilities
Supervise daily supplier outreach operations and ensure performance targets are met
Provide direction and guidance to associates handling outreach activities, service issues, and process improvements
Lead supplier outreach initiatives including client campaigns, re‑campaigns, and ongoing enrollment efforts
Communicate updates, priorities, and process changes impacting deliverables, timelines, and quality
Serve as a subject matter expert on supplier outreach procedures and best practices
Monitor performance metrics, coach team members, and deliver ongoing feedback
Develop associates through training, mentoring, and performance improvement initiatives
Promote a positive, high‑performing team culture focused on service, accuracy, and efficiency
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
Track and analyze team data to identify trends, recognize success, and address performance gaps
Collaborate with leadership to streamline processes and enhance the supplier experience
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
Experience in customer service environments with inbound and outbound calling exposure
Strong data‑driven mindset with experience monitoring and improving team performance
Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop employees
Working knowledge of call center operations and outreach strategies
Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment
