Schedule 3rd Shift, Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 pm–7:00 am
What You’ll Do
Lead daily production and packaging to meet plan and elevate throughput.
Implement Lean tools to remove bottlenecks and reduce downtime.
Model and enforce GMP, SQF, and HACCP standards.
Coach associates to engage in problem-solving and continuous improvement.
What Success Looks Like
Higher Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
Lower machine downtime and food safety incidents
Proactive health & safety incident prevention
Improved product quality and less waste
Qualifications
2–3 years in manufacturing supervision with a hands-on, solution-first approach.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and Six Sigma methods.
Strong leadership and team development capability.
Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Unwavering commitment to safety and quality.
Travel: 1–2 times per year within Canada and USA for training.
Nice to Have
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Formal Lean training (Greenbelt certification)
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $80,000 — $90,000
