is immediately hiring a Warehouse Team Lead in Grovetown, Georgia.
Position Overview We want a leader to ensure efficient warehouse operations and support our team in a safe, technology‑driven environment.
Compensation
Hourly Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: First Shift, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm, Monday‑Friday (OT as needed)
Paid weekly
On‑job paid training

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
1+ year powered industrial truck experience (preferred)
1+ year team lead experience (preferred)
1+ year Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) (preferred)
1+ year warehouse experience (preferred)
Knowledge of RF scanner (advanced required)
Valid forklift operator license (certified)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Effective leadership & teamwork skills
Flexibility to work fast‑paced, dynamic environments
Independent and team‑oriented work capability
Excellent organizational skills
Proactive, composure under pressure
Health and safety method adherence
Bilingual (for Québec locations only)
Responsibilities
Lead continuous improvement efforts for optimal operations efficiency.
Perform core warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting.
Allocate resources and distribute daily work duties to ensure optimal shift/team logistics.
Inspire and guide team members toward improved key performance indicators (KPIs) using appropriate leadership styles.
Assist in orienting employees and provide the necessary information, technology, and tools.
Promote health and safety working methods.
Handle day‑to‑day warehouse paperwork: picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.
Complete and submit daily reports; propose action plans to enhance effectiveness and service levels.
Perform other duties as assigned.
