HVAC Operations Manager - Multifamily Construction
Our client is looking for an experienced HVAC Sr. Project Manager with multifamily and commercial project experience who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role. This position manages full-cycle HVAC project delivery while mentoring teams and leading project staff.
Responsibilities
Oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor management for HVAC projects
Manage field operations and ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards are met
Coordinate with GCs, owners, engineers, and internal teams to drive project performance
Mentor and develop junior project managers and project staff
Lead multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines and budgets
Support strategic planning and process improvements within the department
Experience Needed
Proven experience managing multifamily and commercial HVAC projects
Strong leadership skills with experience leading project teams
Technical knowledge of mechanical systems and construction management
Ready to step into a higher-level leadership role
Compensation
Base pay range: $120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
Additional compensation types: Annual Bonus, Sign-on bonus, and Stock options
