Base pay range $125,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
Description
As the Multifamily Project Manager, you will lead all aspects of project execution, including scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and field coordination.
You’ll partner closely with pre‑construction, superintendents, design teams, and ownership to drive projects from early planning through completion, ensuring they remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with the client’s expectations.
You will also play a key role in risk mitigation, value engineering, and stakeholder communication.
This is a highly visible position offering the chance to lead large‑scale multifamily projects that shape growing communities.
Profile
5‑10+ years of experience managing multifamily construction (ground‑up preferred)
Proven track record overseeing projects $10M+
Strong command of scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor oversight, and RFI/submittal workflows
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across field and office teams
Solutions‑oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and keep complex builds moving
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with high accountability
