What You Will Do
Support the creation of Estimate At Complete (EACs) on a quarterly basis and Latest Revised Estimates (LREs) monthly, including cost estimation, reasonableness analysis, risk assessment, and opportunity identification at Program/Product/Mission levels.
Perform detailed earned value (EV) and financial analysis to compare baseline, schedule, and EAC positions.
Prepare forecasts, monitor actual costs, and document variances to plans and forecasts.
Manage a team of EBAs, allocating support across programs, providing training and performance development (goals, mid‑year, year‑end), strategic career guidance, and hiring/reshaping the team as needed.
Partner with OSQ (Operations, Supply Chain, Quality) Finance, Material Program Managers, and Production Operations Managers to provide guidance and analysis related to supply chain and operations performance.
Qualifications You Must Have
University degree or equivalent experience with minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 5 years of experience.
Experience using SAP, APEX, or similar system.
Proficient with MS Office tools.
Active and transferable U.S. government‑issued Secret security clearance (prior to start date) and U.S. citizenship.
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience with FAR, DFARS, and other government procurement regulations pertaining to bid/cost proposals.
Knowledge of leading and managing process, project, and tactical execution within a single work area.
Technical or professional discipline expertise with understanding of cross‑functional impact.
